The micro apartments in the Armistice Bay are to be comfortable, cheerful, demonstrate inclusivity and sustainability practices. The entire design of the micro apartments needs to be ADA compliant to ensure that inclusivity is met. The apartments will promote personal growth and independence and also ensure the wellbeing of the occupants through the design. The space will use cheerful and relaxing colors to promote positive feelings. Furthermore, the apartment wing will capture the comfort of residential design in a commercial environment.
